We are looking for an experienced Customer Strategy Executive to join our team. For a decade, we have been implementing a comprehensive marketing offer for our clients, including consulting in the field of business strategy, marketing communication, customer experience, UX and branding, in particular in the pharmaceutical, automotive, FMCG and tourism industries.

Your duties
  • defining and structuring strategic problems
  • conducting analyzes and syntheses of conclusions, developing recommendations
  • preparation of presentations or documents (strategy, tools and budget)
  • market analysis, tracking trends, developing knowledge in the organization
  • support and development in the area of marketing
  • cooperation with the Creative Director, Project Managers, Account Managers, Researchers and Analysts
  • minimum three years of experience in a similar position in the marketing industry
  • excellent knowledge of the principles of creating strategies and implementation tools
  • experience in Customer Experience and UX projects
  • additional advantage: experience in the e-commerce, home appliances / electronics, pharmaceutical, automotive, FMCG and / or tourist industries
